advocate for sustainability as an innovation and product/brand value tool through direct interaction with channel and channel and digital marketing, training, and support of kohler sustainability communications update memberships/ licenses and contracts related to product transparency on a timely basis.

perfil buscado education and experience requirements bachelor's degree in environmental science/ environmental engineering/ other engineering.
minimum 3+ years related experience in product transparency document generation, or equivalent combination of education and knowledge of product category rules (pcr), environmental produce declarations (epd) and leed, breeam and iso standards.

minimum 2 years of experience in a process/manufacturing experience in working with cross-functional product and communications team and teams from different geographies.

exceptional communication skills and ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams in all areas of the company.
strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability, as well as practical experience in their implementation in specific projects.
demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve environmental and operational performance.
willingness to travel occasionally and support operations in other parts of the world, if necessary.
academic degree in environmental engineering, sustainability engineering, or a related field.
