Support Analyst I San Luis Potosí
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
Knowledge of Materials, Sales Orders, Goods Issuance, Pricing and Delivery processes
Retail and wholesale in automotive parts and services experience highly desired.
High transaction volume and eCommerce environments highly desired.
SAP SD, MM andor WM experience a plus.
ISRetail experience is a plus.
Ability to communicate in English is required
Primary Responsibilities
Work with the SAP team, TBC Retail, Wholesale, and Warehouse business users to analyze and support the Sales and Distribution module.
Report on status of assignments to management and business
Document processes for the SAP SD and ISRetail solutions incorporating the integration with a customized user web interface and middleware.
Plan, and manage assigned work activities work through project plans complete projects on time and on budget.
Provide Level 2 assistance supporting the business operations in areas related to the SAP
SD Module and other integrated systems.
Conduct SAP functional training for business users.
