Danfoss is offering a Supply Chain Analyst/OFR position.
The Supply Chain Analyst provides supports to our customers Orders, working with Production and Logistic Teams, to coordinate and secure the orders for  our customers.
Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Create PFEP for cell relocation to Reynosa.
Work with suppliers to build an inventory plan to cover transitional production occurring in Ames and Reynosa.
Create spreadsheet for daily output tracking for production yearly Create supplier priorities for each supplier to coordinate delinquency recovery and avoid customer downtime Create SOPs for various processes and tools Develop bridge build scenario analysis for REY move Support physical move of inventory in Ames to Reynosa Denali data migration project to P01 system Support PFEP on the REY side to analyze storage needs.
Handle all customer communication regarding progress updates, expedite inquiries, change requests, lead time inquiries, etc.
Work with sales and engineering on prototypes, customer accommodations, deviations, etc.
Coordinate with other plant sites to deliver according to intracompany needs Meet with customer service representatives to review customer true needs and align delivery Work with transportation team to quote airfreight, coordinate hotshots, determine component expedites, etc.
Write deviations for customer proposed changes Review Adjust-to-Promise report, assess availability, and make moves to accommodate requests where possible Update PMS tool for delivery metric tracking Post ASNs for suppliers not using EDI Communicate with suppliers to make changes to POs and confirm shipments Create manual orders for components needed from the 3PL provider Review pricing and lead time changes from low volume suppliers Review component needs and adjust POs accordingly   Background & Skills At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.

B achelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management 3 Years Experience in similar roles.
Extensive analytical skills and affinity for data manipulation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and network across functions, countries, and hierarchies.
Independent work style and proactive, positive attitude Curiosity and open-mindedness, challenging the status quo and considering outside-the-box approaches Excellent knowledge of the MS Office, including advanced Excel skills Preferably experience with Power Query/Access/Power BI and capable of managing large data sets (between 250K and 1M rows) Excellent English language skills Experience working in a global supply chain environment.
Proven analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and execute within tight timelines with high attention to detail.
Passionate about learning and continuously improving skills.
