Strategic Planning Specialist A strategic planner can articulate and broadly map out how an organization can effectively move from the current environment to the projected future one.
Main objective supporting Siemens ITESA to design, implement, and evaluate their strategic plans.
Usage of various tools and methods to analyze internal and external factors, identify opportunities and challenges, and align resources and capabilities with objectives.
Coordinate and work according to frameworks and methodologies for strategic planning, strategic management, and strategic execution.
Strategic Planning Specialist Partners with local management team to develop, implement and measure complex recommendations/initiatives that align with key strategic tenets of Investment Management business.
Leads strategic organizational events to Data and Measurement, and supports plant strategic initiatives for the development, facilitation, and evaluation.
Tracks participant information and key metrics for reporting in regular and ad-hoc processes.
Presents findings, analysis, and recommendations in thoughtful frameworks for executive consumption and decision making.
Takes on a leadership role across multiple disciplines by serving as the central point of coordination and control.
Tracks project team activities and deliverables and applies strategic business concepts to ensure alignment of strategy and project execution.
Management of activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess.
Coordination of strategic plan adjustments or regular revision into the organization, adjustments need to include vision, mission, SWOT analysis, core values, goals, objectives, and action plans.
Translates opportunities into action plans.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Strategic Planning Officer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested.
Bachelor’s degree or with significant study in, or pertinent to, the specialized field including, but not limited to, management, business, administration, industrial engineering.
Lean manufacturing knowledge (Hoshing Kanri matrix) Project Management knowledge – is a plus- Profound Ms office knowledge.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and subject matter expertise in trainings/curricula development (virtual and in-person); and policy, program, and professional development.
Experience in training facilitation, and training-of-trainers expertise.
Experience in strategic planning, strategic management, and strategic execution.
Experience developing measurement indicators to track impact of policy, programs, and other efforts.
Experience in data collection and analysis, such as power BI and/or Tableau.
Data analysis experience is required.
English language (written and spoken) communication skills.
