Software Engineer| DevOps - CI/CD Mexico City | Mexico ++ About the role:- Pipeline Maintenance and Enhancement:- Ensure the operational integrity of our CI/CD pipelines, solving and resolving issues as they arise.- Regularly evaluate the performance and efficiency of the pipelines, implementing improvements to streamline processes and reduce deployment times.
nfrastructure Oversight:- Monitor and maintain the underlying infrastructure supporting our CI/CD pipelines to guarantee high availability and reliability.- Work closely with the IT team to ensure that the infrastructure aligns with our security policies and compliance standards.
ystem Integration:- Maintain and enhance the systems integrated with our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring flawless functionality and efficient software deployment.- Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and adjust integrations to optimize workflow and pipeline performance.
ustom Software Development:- Develop and maintain custom software solutions in JavaScript and Java to extend the functionality of our CI/CD pipelines.- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following standard methodologies and contributing to our codebase's health and sustainability.
ollaboration and Leadership:- Work closely with development, operations, and product teams to align CI/CD practices with company goals and project requirements.- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
ualifications- 6+ years of experience in similar roles.- Proven experience in DevOps and CI/CD practices, preferably in a large-scale environment.- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Java.| NodeJS- Experience with the Salesforce platform is highly desirable.- Proficient in working with various CI/CD tools and technologies.- Solid understanding of cloud services, containerization, and orchestration (e.
., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
