We are looking for a SERVICE DESK AGENT, whose main objective will be to provide firstlevel customer support in SONDA México.
Activities
Provide support and technical assistance to users
Provide Technical support, delivering and recording all the necessary information to meet the internal requirements of the company and its clients.
Provide the client with technical assistance by solving their incidents
Manage all necessary actions to resolve the problems
Requirements
Service Desk and ticket system experience required Service Now, Remedy, Service manager, etc
Experience managing service SLAs
Inbound call experience.
