hat can you expect? The Senior Specialist – IT Product Management role will oversee the OneTrust platform, currently hosting multiple data privacy and information security global processes, own the Data Subject Access Request Process for HR and oversee the ServiceNow HR platform and the related technical implementations.

Take the lead on all OneTrust initiatives, working across business and technology to identify the best solution to operationalize privacy and information security needs and oversee implementationAssist in the development and maintenance of the OneTrust platformOrganize and lead meetings with relevant stakeholders to drive the creation of enterprise processes and solutionsDevelop and maintain execution plans and work with each business to ensure progress and timely completion of tasksManage the vendor relationship with OneTrust vendorMake determination and provide recommendations as to the solution for enhancements to OneTrust and ServiceNowDefine implementation scope, resources and timeline for implementation of enhancements, related technologies, including vendor onboarding if required Oversee the operationalization of any compliance policies and standards that require technical solutions or that currently leverage OneTrustManage the resolution of high priority issues where possible, owning resolution updates & communication with key stakeholdersDefine appropriate metrics to measure effectiveness and establish process to report out on metricsDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across Corporate and all businesses, ensuring that solutions meet a wide range of needsManage the team of product specialistsManage the budget and subscription renewal process on a timely basisWhat you need to have.
-6 years of Technical Product and Project\/Program Management Background in privacy regulations and technology preferred.
xperience working with data in a technical and commercial capacity Experience working at a senior level with technology stakeholdersExperience writing and reviewing business requirements with the ability to call out desired value or business benefitsExperience configuring and rolling with OneTrust modulesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsGreat analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to communicate technical and complex issues into a simplified business contextIllustrative skills in putting together executive decksKnowledge of  privacy regulations and privacy industry standards including but not limited to.
