SENIOR IT ADMINISTRATOR (SUPPORT)

Project description As an IT Administrator at, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth system performance and reliable network functionality.
You will work in a dynamic environment where proactive troubleshooting and efficient problem resolution are valued.
Responsibilities Install, configure, and support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems or a segment of a network system.
Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
Manage all network hardware and equipment.
Ensure network connectivity of all workstations.
Administer desktop computers, phones, software deployment, security updates, and patches.
Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary.
Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
Document network support activities.
Work closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network.

Strong experience with Windows, Linux, or MacOS environments.
Networking Knowledge.
Proficient in managing network infrastructure, including understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network troubleshooting.

Solid grounding in network security protocols, firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.
