Salesforce Business Technology is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our BT Change Enablement and Adoption team as part of the Strategy & Enablement group.
We collaborate with cross-functional teams at Salesforce to deliver strategic change management programs, ensuring that technology solutions are successfully adopted.
he Senior Analyst will support the strategy that helps make complex change easy for our internal teams, including the development of impact analyses and change management strategies, working with project teams and business partners.
As a trusted advisor and coach, this position is the ultimate end user advocate that always considers the end user experience.

andling mid-level change programs or a significant part of a larger change program in our Go To Market portfolioDeveloping impact analyses to establish the complexity of the changeCreating or significantly contributing to enablement strategy and plan, including training and communications Collaborating with project teams to ensure the successful execution of the end-to-end technology enablement strategyProactively identifying and implementing improvements to the change management strategy & methodologyWorking closely with project teams and business partners across the companyBuilding executive presentations and identifying risks and issues relating to the change management workHere’s what we’re seeking.
