SC GROWTH PROJECT LEADER (T)

Supply Chain Growth Project Leader   Join the K family.
This position manages supply chain activities to support network and sourcing initiatives and ensure the respect of project milestones.
This position reports directly to Sr.
Manager, network & capacity KLA as part of CS&L and planning Area.
No recurrent direct supervision of people/areas.
Additional temporary resources could be assigned on Project basis depending on project complexity/workload of total pipeline.

This role is responsible for planning the project from start to finish.
This includes defining project scope, objectives, timelines, budget, and resource allocation.
Communication.
Effective communication is crucial for the success of any project.
The project leader is responsible for facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties.
This may include holding regular meetings, providing updates, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
Risk Management.
Foresees potential business or technical issues within the projects and proactively addresses them.
Ensures that contingency plans are available from each respective function as required.
Creates plans and execution options that address risk factors and arrays the best options for management selection and approval.
Data.
Coordinate preparation and qualification of Supply Chain master data, parameters, and assumptions SC Design.
Collaborate with network and capacity planners to generate Network Optimization models Your Recipe for Success Bachelor’s degree in administration or engineering.
4+ years of experience in Supply Chain background with understanding of different areas and manufacturing installed capabilities.
Fluent English.
Usual project management, knowledge in process and/or equipment acumen and concise verbal and written communication.
