セールスストラテジーは営業組織のための社内コンサルティングを行う組織であり、その中においてスペシャリストは重要な役割を担います。スペシャリストは、会社の業績や市場機会に関する主要指標を分析し、営業組織のための戦略テーマを設定し、シニアリーダーへの提言・プレゼンテーションを行う責任を持ちます。組織設計、事業計画、市場セグメンテーション・カバレッジ最適化、営業業績評価などのプロジェクトに関わります。精緻な分析モデル、業績分析、各種ダッシュボード、社内幹部向けプレゼンテーション資料などが求められる成果物です。スペシャリストには、拡張・反復可能な分析や革新的な分析、数字に裏付けられる考察・提言を行う意欲とスキル、コミュニケーション力が求められます。シニアエグゼクティブ層と定期的に議論の場を持ちます。業務内容シニアエグゼクティブ向けプレゼンテーションの作成・実施幹部の意思決定をサポートする日常的なビジネスパフォーマンス分析拡張可能なレポート・ツールによる分析モデルの設計・構築営業組織や関連部門との定期的な情報共有と改善活動市場の理解、および革新的な顧客獲得施策の考案のための定性的および定量的なデータ分析、社内外へのリサーチGo-To-Marketモデルの最適化に必要な分析モデルの設計最適な営業テリトリー、目標の設計・導入社内関係者や社外協力会社（マーケティング専門会社、データベンダー、パートナー）と協業の下での複数のプロジェクト・施策の管理・運営米国本社や国外関係会社との情報交換および折衝 必須要件分析モデリングや表計算スキルに長けていること、データベース分析の経験具体的な行動につながる分析・提言ができる、実行可能で現実的な施策をデザインできる自発的に行動できる、求められるタスク以上の成果を目指す意欲があるプロジェクト管理の経験ベンチャー企業のスピード感を持ち、目標に向けて周囲を巻き込みながら協働できる流暢レベルの日本語と英語(TOEIC800以上相当)でコミュニケーションがとれる​ 望ましいスキルと経験大学学位、工学・情報科学・経済学などの統計や分析を要する専攻コンサルティングファームや事業会社の企画部門における業務経験新入社員、経験の浅いメンバーに対して分析、レポート作成のイネーブルメント/トレーニング実施経験Salesforce、Tableau CRM、Tableauを活用して分析した経験SQLを用いたデータ抽出やデータ整形、ビッグデータ分析の業務経験 Accommodations If you require assistance due to a disability applying for open positions please submit a request via this Accommodations Request Form.
