n\nAs a Sales Manager Drive Products within the Business Area Motion, you will drive the sales performance of our Variable Speed Drives business in The Netherlands.
\n\nYour key role is to grow the business by implementing effective sales and business-development initiatives in line with the global strategy.
nYou will lead and coach the local sales team to meet ambitious targets and exceed customer expectations.
Your responsibilities Identifying new business opportunities and creating clear strategies to convert them.
Establishing strong customer relationships and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, including after sales.
Building a robust sales organization through best practices, training and cross-collaboration.
Coordinating the information flow around sales activities, and providing forecasts and market intelligence.
Your background Demonstrable work experience in direct sales and sales management of industrial equipment.
First people management skills is a must.
Knowledge of the Variable Speed Drives.
Experience of business development, account management and cross-selling.
A clear grasp of contract negotiations, and commercial and legal terms.
Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, \u201Ccan-do\u201D attitude.
