You will have an integral role in driving consumer demand.
What You Will Do Support meeting the sales objectives.
Sell-in, Sell-out & market share Achieve sales objectives of the assigned territory Implement CP's commercial strategies, ensuring the accurate execution of 5p's Analyze the current situation of the stores in charge, their results, as well as detect opportunities Developing and managing relationships between Colgate Palmolive and Customers Guarantee the accurate implementation of the events and their follow-up for fulfillment of the objectives Interact appropriately with the third party support team in the field Lead Customer Engagement looking for balanced growth   What You Need (Required Qualifications) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing or related At least 2 years of sales/commercial experience in a consumer goods company (In roles as Salesperson, Blue Jacket/Business Partner, Sales Coordinator or related) Driving experience and active Driver's license Availability to travel within the country Communication, negotiation, analysis and other interpersonal skills Intermediate-Advanced English Level Our Commitment to Sustainability With the Colgate brand in more homes than any other, we are presented with great opportunities and new challenges as we work to integrate sustainability into all aspects of our business and create positive social impact.
