PROGRAM MANAGER 3-PRODDEV

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Technical Program Manager who understands and has deployed Cloud technology.
As a Technical Program Manager for the OCI Customer Experience Team, you will be focused on Support Learning and Development.
ou would be responsible for identifying knowledge gaps within the Support organization and partnering with subject matter experts and instructional designers to deliver successful training solutions.
We are looking for leaders, who can take initiative and drive accountability but with enough humility to be able to build relationships and trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate listens carefully to instructions, asks questions to understand and is a self-starter.
You set and meet realistic deadlines, and you communicate where you are blocked, where timelines cannot be met, or outcomes cannot be delivered.
You are able to delegate work, as well as dive into work that is delegated to you.
Your projects and tasks will be varied.
They may be complex and ambiguous, or simple and urgent.
You will interact frequently with leadership and functional peer group managers.
You will own projects from discovery to implementation, and you will need to work across other technical teams to collaborate beyond our organization.
The ideal candidate will have cloud integration, application and/or DevOps experience with a toolkit of program management skills.
areer Level - IC3 Own the project management activities of several training projects simultaneously.
Drive these projects through defining project plans, managing implementation activities, and developing processes, documentation and communications.
Conduct learning gap analysis for the Support organization and propose learning solutions to bridge gaps.
Continuously grow your understanding of the organizational learning needs and recommend effective solutions that will improve operational metrics.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and a training repository for the Support Organization.
Independently identify risks, manage corrective action plans when schedule deviations occur, and escalate / communicate project health to senior leadership Build strong and successful relationships with core stakeholders Share status that is relevant, transparent and adds value Escalate issues and develop mitigation plans Think broadly and strategically when solving problems Proactively identify challenges and solutions Required Qualifications.
