PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

In this role you will be working with a team of individuals tasked with organizing and scheduling our Professional Service training engagements as well as helping to maintain customer relationships, both internal and external.
In this role you will be tasked with helping to maintain our Learning Management System, assisting customers attempting to access our training, and acting as a resource for internal groups as needed.
The Professional Services Operations Coordinator is primary responsible for preparing and updating schedules for professional services staff and contractors to efficiently create capacity to meet needs of external customers as well as manage the administrative tasks associated with Professional Services Engagements.
About the Role In this opportunity as a Professional Services Operations Coordinator, you will.
Schedule training and consulting engagements for external customers Asses resource availability to effectively put together training schedules Work across Professional Services to proactively plan and execute staff ramp up needs to meet customer demand Collaborate with Sales to understand pipeline to forecast resources effectively Manage class attendance Handle session setup in LMS systems Process all incoming services contracts for services to be rendered Provide reporting on professional service events by gathering, compiling and summarizing data.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Fluent English is a must.
Proficient use of software applications (Excel, Outlook, and Word) Demonstrated strong & written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Intermediate to expert knowledge in enterprise management systems and learning management systems preferred Characteristics of a successful Operations Coordinator Customer Experience focused Ability to collaborate effectively amongst several internal teams Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple job tasks in time sensitive environment Ability to learn new tools (e.
