PLANNER II

To execute the correct planning and purchase of Donaldson Finish good products for the LATAM Distribution centers, using Oracle and other tools such as BI, ASCP and Demantra, in order to satisfy customer demand according to the committed service levels.
The planner must optimize inventory levels to achive the inventory turns established as a commitment.
Request forecast adjustments that are detected in their references, execute planning processes according to global standards; expedite or delay arrivals of materials according to the demand; track shipments of their open orders and backorder, and have fidelity of their parameters on the system.
On time delivery and stock availabilityTo place purchase order and Internal requisition with suppliers and mfg plants on timely manner to ensure stock availability and on time delivery using ASCP and other tools.
In addition to follow up of in transit shipments until arrival to our warehouse, expediting orders if necessary.
OTD % Stock availability % per class (A&B) Inventory Level Control, ITOs and DIOs Correct planning and analysis of the PO released to Suppliers to avoid excess inventory and to execute reschedule out orders, reschedule in, and cancelations with supplier as needed according to the demand.
Inventory level targets.
ITOs DIOs Excess & Obsolete To analize Excess and Obsolete inventory to determine causes and take actions with other team members to reduce the E&O amount.
SLOBS Minimum Qualifications.
? Engineering degree desirable.
3 to 5 years in similar positions.
Excel, Oracle, planning concepts (ABC, lead times, Safety stock, MRP, etc).
?Preferred Qualifications.
? Advanced English (Speak, Read and Write).
