¿Tu rol?
*Desarrollar y gestionar carteras de clientes
*Atender llamadas telefónicas de los clientes.
*Llevar a cabo el proceso de onboarding de clientes – interlocución con clientes y equipo técnico
*Realización de formaciones iniciales
*Creación de materiales de ayuda / soporte para facilitar el uso del Software a clientes
*Analizar datos de los clientes para mejorar su experiencia con la plataforma de RRHH
*Minimizar la pérdida de clientes
*Agendar visitas telefónicamente.
*Colaborar con la búsqueda, limpieza y cualificación de listados de empresas para poder desarrollar acción comercial sobre ellos.
