Troubleshoot and diagnose application incidents according to established procedures.
Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Basic knowledge of ITIL service management principles to maintain a high level of service quality.
Knowledge of L1.
support level and SOP execution Perform basic SQL queries to extract relevant data for troubleshooting and reporting purposes.
Review and debug code written in.
ET to identify and resolve application errors.
(Desirable) Maintain a strong understanding of insurance industry workflows and how they relate to supported applications.
