Esta posición supervisa la gestión de reportes, guía al personal del área de moldeo en el cumplimiento de las políticas internas y toma decisiones estratégicas en beneficio de la empresa.
Responsabilidades.
• Reportar incidentes de inmediato a las autoridades pertinentes.
• Seguir las políticas de seguridad dentro de las pautas del Grupo LEGO.
• Cumplir con los requisitos de ISO , ISO y OSHAS .
• Garantizar la ejecución oportuna de los procedimientos ambientales, incluido el manejo de residuos y el uso de recursos.
• Seguir de cerca los KPI y asegurar los recursos necesarios del equipo para los planes de producción.
• Mantener los estándares de seguridad, calidad y costos en la Producción de Moldeo.
• Asistir a reuniones diarias de producción y participar en análisis PPS.
• Participar en actividades LEAN asignadas.
• Apoyar los procesos de auditoría y acciones correctivas.
• Gestionar el piso de producción en ausencia del supervisor.
¿Tienes lo que se necesita? • Educacion.
Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o afín.
• Experiencia.
1 año en puesto similar en el ramo de manufactura.
• Habilidades.
Comunicación, liderazgo, proactivo y atención a cliente.
• Herramientas.
MS Office,  Excel Avanzado, Power BI, SAP (deseable) •Ingles intermedio y disponibilidad para rotar turnos Recuerda aplicar usando Google Chrome para una aplicación más sencilla usa archivo PDF para tu CV.
