Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Master Scheduler located in Tijuana.
Reporting to the Master Scheduler.
This role will be In charge of helping materials and production functions.
Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
What a typical day looks like.
Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's.
May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs.
Create daily production schedules.
Supervise that deadlines are met.
Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.
Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.
Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.
Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.
Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.
Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.
Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.
Provide training to staff members as required.
Report key metrics as required.

Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience.
Demonstrates basic people and/or process management skills.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree, preference in Engineering and equivalent experience.
