nIn this project, you will be a member of the Information Technology Team, within the Information Technology Division.
This position supports and transforms existing and new mission critical and highly-visible operational website(s) and applications - spanning multiple technology stacks - through all phases of SDLC, while working collaboratively across IT, business, and third party suppliers from around the globe in a 24x7, fast-paced, and Agile based environment.
Responsibilities ●tParticipate in Data Governance meeting to provide guidance and advocate how we can help the business be more successful, including participation with Data Management organizations to Define ownership, usage, security and quality for all datan●tWork directly with Data Analysts, Solution Architects and Vendors to understand and validate requirements and translate business requirements into technical requirements and designsn●tDevelop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of a database.
●tLogical design of Databases, Data Warehouses and Multidimensional Databases including data flows, conception model and logical modelsn●tServe as a consulting resource for Delivery and Supportn●tCreate strategy and recommendations on a company's future data and tech policiesn●tCollaborate with other team members to build the ideal database, data integration and business intelligence infrastructure and platformsn●tEstablish Data Architecture Design Patterns and best practicesn●tForward thinking on new technologies and patternsn●tTechnology strategy and roadmapsn SKILLS Must have ●tMinimum of 10 years of experience as a Data Architectn●tExtensive knowledge of data warehouse and BI techniquesn●tIn depth hands on working experience with Azure Synapse and Data Pipelines to ingest data from Azure (such as ADLS Gen 2.
) and non-Azure sources to Synapsen●tWorking knowledge of Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines to promote Synapse Databases and Data pipelines from non-production to production environments.
●tIn depth hands on working experience of Data modeling and Database Designn●tIn depth hands on working experience of SQL, NoSQL and Big Data knowledgen●tIn depth understanding of Azure Database Security Particularly Encryption, Obfuscation, Role based Access control, etc.
