Job Title LATAM Trade Compliance Mgr Job Description We’re looking for a Trade Compliance Specialist to join our Supply Chain Team.

What you’ll do • Review and analyze import/export transactions to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to trade regulations • Conduct internal audits and assessments to ensure compliance with trade regulations • Provide training and support to employees on trade compliance policies and procedures • Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on changes to trade regulations • Assist with the preparation and submission of trade compliance reports and documentation • Provide guidance to management on trade compliance risks and opportunities Your qualifications • Strong understanding of Export controls & Sanctions regulations • Bachelor’s degree • Having good understanding and insights of the business needs • Relationship buildin skills to maintain a long-term relation with internal and external key business partners.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in trade compliance or a related field • Enjoying working in a complex stakeholder landscape • Experienced in SAP and (related) reporting tools • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • A conceptual and operational strong person • Down to earth, concrete, straightforward way of working.
