We are currently looking for Junior Project Coordinator with German.
Roles and Responsibilities.
Provide basic PMO Support for SAP projects.
Learn how to support project and service managers in successful project delivery (scope, schedule, resources, budget.
Coordinate project meetings.) Preparing documentation, calculations, reports, statements and presentations for project needs; Collaborate and good communication with project managers and project team and customers.
Be a part of PMO team for SAP DACH projects.
Required Skills and Experience.
German & English language (C1) Availability to work 40 hours/week.
Proactiveness and can-do attitude, eager to gather PMO knowledge.
Knowledge of MS Office tools - especially MS Excel & Power Point.
Good interpersonal skills.
Excellent analytical, organizational and problem – solving skills.
Nice to have.
PMO experience Knowledge of MS Project, JIRA & Confluence, SharePoint.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
