The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire a Jr.
IT Support Specialist to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
he Junior IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
The role entails responding to queries, running diagnostic programs, isolating problems, and determining and implementing solutions.
uties and Responsibilities End-User Support.
erve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance via phone, chat, or email.
erform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
etermine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by users.
ardware and Software Maintenance.
nstall, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
un diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
nstall computer peripherals for users.
ccess Management.
anage user accounts and access control under Microsoft 365 and other software and web-based tools used by the company.
nsure all workstations have a consistent setup and are compliant with company policies.
ocumentation and Training.
ollow up with users to ensure the issue has been resolved.
ssist in development and maintenance IT support documentation and knowledge base.
uide users through problem-solving processes.
erforms other duties and responsibilities as required by supervisor or business.

ob specifications Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, covering both Windows and Mac environments.
roficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting.
trong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
bility to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
igh school diploma or equivalent; degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field is preferred.
Preferred Skills CompTIA A+ or Network+Microsoft Certified – any certificateIT Security ExperienceKnowledge of PowerShell#ConcentrixCatalystLocation.
