As an ITSM Administrator, you'll have the opportunity to manage and administer our IT service management platform, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service delivery to our clients.

Administer and manage the ITSM platform to support the needs of our global clients.
Manage employee and customer accounts within the system, ensuring smooth access and permissions management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client interactions, delivering outstanding service and building strong relationships.
Work collaboratively with multicultural teams across continents, leveraging diverse perspectives to drive innovation and excellence.
Configure and optimize automation processes within the ITSM platform to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
Handle day-to-day operations within the ITSM platform, including monitoring, asset management, and patching.
Efficiently manage help desk tickets, providing timely resolutions and proactive support to clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
Stay informed about the latest updates and best practices in IT service management, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
