With over 250 healthcare provider organizations in the US and Canada, our client specializes in Systems Implementation and Integration, Interoperability, Analytics, Cloud Adoption, and Digital Transformation services.
We're at the forefront of innovation, developing cutting-edge products including an Archival platform, Digital Adoption Platform, and Digital Marketing products tailored for Independent Physicians.
cope of the roleAs a Healthcare Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads and opportunities for our suite of innovative healthcare solutions.
Your main tasks will include setting up phone meetings and demos with potential clients, following up on leads from marketing campaigns, and supporting outside sales executives as needed.
You'll also be expected to complete daily outreach activities, document sales activity in our CRM system, and effectively communicate our product's value proposition to customers.
This role requires a competitive, innovative, and resourceful mindset, along with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Setting up phone meetings and demos with prospect contacts and our Subject Matter Experts.
Assisting in sales and marketing campaigns, following up on cold and warm leads generated.
Supporting outside sales executives as needed.
Completing 100 dials and 150 CRM activities per day.
Following up with leads generated from conferences and setting up meetings with our SMEs.
Demonstrating product focus and value proposition to customers.
Requirements At least 2 years of sales experience.
A Bachelor’s degree from a recognized school.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
English C1+ Self-motivation and a tenacious personality.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience working in US time zones (EST, CST, MST, or PST).
Previous sales/customer services experience with US-based customers.
A reliable office setup with fast internet connection and personal computer.

Create basic static ads and GIFs in multiple size ratios for usage in ads and email campaigns.
Respond via email to influencers/ ambassadors Handle lower-level troubleshooting issues with third-party software via email.
Update reports to track campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
Maintain and update the Shopify website with new products and content.
Build and prepare ads within various ad accounts as drafts for the senior marketer to launch, manage, and evaluate.
Qualifications.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in the role.
Media buying on Meta, Google & TikTok.
Influencer Marketing Experience.
Software Requirements.
Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Canva Meta/TikTok Ads Shopify Klaviyo, or another top-tier email software such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
