ead of Content and StrategyYour responsibilities will include.
eveloping and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and ensures brand consistency Developing and managing content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, videos, and other content that resonates with the local target audience Planning and executing marketing campaigns, which may include online and offline advertising, social media marketing, email marketing, and public relations Maintaining brand consistency and integrity in all marketing efforts, including advertising, content, and visual materials to amplify brand vision and enhance reputation Collaborating with stakeholders to establish brand positioning and messaging Creating and managing the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise ROI Managing and leading a team of marketing professionals, including content specialists, digital marketing experts and video or graphic designers Conducting market analysis in order to understand target audience Staying informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing, and leverage this knowledge to innovate and drive continuous improvement Fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability within the team, encouraging professional growth and development among team members Requirements.
More than 5-year marketing experience, + 2 years in management positions in multicultural and (ideally) multinational organisations.
Experience in the technology market would be appreciated.
Proven experience in the business to business (B2B) marketing, understanding of B2B buying and purchase cycles English complete professional skills (C1+) Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative and strategic thinking.
Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Proven ability to think strategically and commercially, aligning communications efforts with overarching business goals and market trends Proficient in managing internal stakeholders and external third-party partners, fostering collaborative relationships to achieve shared objectives A collaborative team player with a positive attitude, capable of motivating and empowering team members to perform at their best We offer.
