Location.
Finland, Germany You're responsible for the attractiveness, profitable growth, and business development of Grid Components software products/solutions and new business models.
You'll manage it through its life cycle phases, according to market and customer needs.
You'll develop and implement strategic plans for conceptualization, exploration and implementation of software as products; you are structuring the internal software strategy; and you explore and implement in collaboration with your colleague\us new business models like subscriptions, pay-per-use functionality, brand labeling.
You'll work in an intercultural team of global product managers for Grid Components and actively collaborate with Incubator projects.
You will report to the Global Portfolio Manager.
Your primary goal is to help the company achieve its business objectives.
Your role will be crucial in delivering innovative products and solutions to our partners & customers and being one step ahead.
The role will report to the Global Portfolio Manager Grid Components ELDS Your responsibilities Dive deep into market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies.
Understand what makes our customers tick and identify unmet needs Develop a roadmap that aligns with our company vision.
Anticipate future requirements and identify opportunities for disruptive innovation Collaborate closely with technical teams to crystallize the product vision.
Define specifications that inspire engineers and designers alike Analyze existing products rigorously.
Track performance metrics, identify gaps, and take decisive actions to keep our offerings attractive Bridge external markets & partners with internal functions.
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and R&D.
Initiate cross-functional innovation that propels us forward.
Juggle multiple product development projects.
Set ambitious targets, rally cross-functional teams, and ensure we hit the bullseye Craft compelling narratives for product launches.
Drive excitement and adoption through effective communication strategies Collaborate with channel partners, Marketing, and Sales.
Ensure our products reach the right audiences through the best channels Define clear value propositions for each customer segment.
Tailor messaging to resonate with diverse audiences.
Ensure channels and users understand the tangible benefits of our products.
Position them for success Your background Master Degree in software engineering/management, computer science or information technology 2-4 years experience in software business, e.
