GBS Global Quality Assurance & Balance Sheet Management Sr Specialist Join the K Family Queretaro, Mexico as GBS Global Quality Assurance & Balance Sheet Management Sr Specialist.
This Responsible is responsible for account reconciliation process and provide solutions and answers to users of the current system.
Perform periodic reviews to the Global GL accounts either by process or by company code providing follow up to issues found.
Collaborate with all the regions for Quality review of the GL accounts according.
This position reports directly to a GBS F&A manager.
Peer relationships exist across multiple functions throughout the organization.
This position is hybrid in Queretaro’s GBS.
Responsible for the Account Reconciliation Quality and Administration.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Responsible for the Accounts reconciliation system and provide solutions and answers to users, perform monthly visibility reports related to the Account Reconciliation Compliance, perform a Quality review to all regions GL accounts according to instructions from internal control team.
Compliance of the Quality Attribute for the accounts reconciliations, manage quality KPI´s like.
Reconciliation timing, Items over 90days without support, items classification (Just/No just), Action Box for remediation, supports, and others used by top tier CPGs.
Perform administrative activities for Account reconciliation system like.
account assignation, global list of all GL accounts, compliance reports, KPIs; identify and execute simplification or automation opportunities on the daily activities and processes; monthly analysis report (BSHRIMP).
Reviews financial and operating information for accuracy and timeliness for the different process within the GBS.
Your Recipe for Success Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
4-5 years prior experience in manufacturing environment – FMCG companies required.
Leadership, organizational and communication skills, advanced problem solving skills.
Strong accounting and analytical background.
Analytical approach and results oriented.
Advanced Excel skills as well as ERP and EPM tools management.
English proficiency is required.
