Responsibilities.
Determine, resolve and implement financial planning and analysis strategies to support the company's overall financial goals.
Create and update precise financial models to assess and predict the company's financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and provide insightful analysis and reports.
Monitor and evaluate key financial indicators, identify trends, and recommend strategies to optimize financial performance.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
Assist in creating financial presentations for senior management and external parties.
Stay informed about current industry trends and effective approaches in financial planning and analysis.
Requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant field.
5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis within the Finance/Insurance industry.
Consistent record of efficiently implementing financial strategies and driving business growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable to interpret sophisticated financial data.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to individuals with non-financial backgrounds.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Proficiency in English and Spanish.
