Profile requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Arts, Instructional Design, Business Administration, Industrial Desing.
1-2 years of experience in e-learning development, preferably with tools like Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise or willingness to learn e-learning and software tools.
Preferred candidates with some knowledge or experience within clinical materials or U.
.
healthcare system.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Essential technologies and/or tools.
Advance English (indispensable) Experience with or willingness to learn e-learning development tools, specifically Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar is preferred.
Experience or capacity to quickly learn the management of projects in Jira and administration of a Learning Management System.
Daily activities.
Salesforce Case Management.
Develop and update e-learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
Convert training materials such as pdf documents into e-learning courses.
Address and resolve technical and functional issues of learning content as reported by clients through Salesforce.
Organize course metadata and course documentation as needed.
Perform metadata entry tasks in the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure accurate course information and tracking.
Provide administrative support to the team to ensure accurate course information tracking and documentation.
