Apr Business Partners act as trusted advisors and single points of contact for Tech related strategic topics in their area of responsibility.
The Business Partner orchestrate the stakeholder within Tech and ensure the adequate provision of technology enabled business capabilities.
As well as will align and collaborate in Tech activities with the Region from a Tech and Business perspective.
As a Commercial BP is responsible for managing Tech demand from Commercial Areas, ensuring that the Tech services are delivered in accordance with customer Service Level Agreements, Global/Regional projects implementation lo local level and Bring Innovation to commercial This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.
These responsibilities include some of the following… Acts as trusted advisor and single point of contact for Tech related topics in area of responsibility as Commercial Areas Captures business requirements and translates these into Tech needs Collaborates with commercial teams from Regional and Global Tech in the deployment of technological strategies Accountable in implementation of GSK technology project portfolio.
Digital Campaigns, DATA, AI, Analytics, Veeva, Sales Force MC, Microsoft Platforms (Data lake, Power APPs, Power BI, Azzure) Collaboration Tools and others to communicate value to business Provide support and consultancy to Tech Regional teams on Digital-Livestreaming topics Manage suppliers to ensure fulfilment of contractual obligations Ensure Business continuity and Governance with the GSK Applications in the area of responsibility Manage the service life cycle management of the GSK applications (Including SLA) as well as the architecture among them Act as a technological enabler with business challenges to offer new and fast solutions to solve a problem Lead the continues improvement in Application services through simplification, risk reduction, user experience or cost reduction Manage relationships and networks with key stakeholders within Tech and Business leads as well as escalations and complaints with regards to application service processes Prepares and conducts management presentations Why you? Basic Qualifications.
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals.
University degree (Bachelor) in computer science, science, tech business administration 3+ years of work experience in Tech (Commercial & Digital), ideally business partner 3+Experienced in project and change management 1+ Digital, Data & AI project background Fluent in English, both written and spoken Experience in application and platform Architecture (Google, AWS, etc) Availability to work in office 2 days per week Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization Excellent communication and presentation skills – Being open-minded and challenging the status quo Self-motivated and goal-oriented person with strong initiative skills Ability to collaborate and negotiate effectively Preferred Qualifications.
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus.
