• B2 and/or C1 level of English proficiency.
• Minimum 6 months of experience as a bilingual customer service agent.
• Minimum completion of high school with a certificate.
Truncated degrees require a list of subjects completed, or a high school diploma if completed in the USA (up to grade 12).
Job Responsibilities.
• Engage in retention efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolving billing issues raised to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Utilize cross-selling techniques to promote additional products or services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to address inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively.

The Profile You have at least 6 months to 1 year experience, ideally within a Customer Service or Helpdesk / Technical Support role.
