Management Proyecto inicial: 6 meses Responsabilidades: Desarrollo de estrategia de adopción del cambio para procesos logísticos
y de transportación. Identificando: · Las necesidades del negocio · Conceptualizar y diseñar la estrategia de comunicación · Elaborar la estrategia de capacitación · Asegurar el entendimiento de la implementación · Diseñar estrategias de refuerzo de la adopción post-implementación. Asegurar el cumplimiento de los pilares del cambio: · Liderazgo · Comunicación · Medición · Capacitación - Identificación de las audiencias - Definir la estrategia de adopción - Gestión de issues - Establecer las acciones que generen buying del proyecto (dinámicas,
sesiones informativas, go live, etc.) Conocimientos requeridos:
Inglés
avanzado
Conocimiento
y aplicación práctica media en metodologías de Change Management (ADKAR,
Kotter, Custom, etc)
Manejo
de Sponsors y Stakholders
Elaboración
de plan de comunicación (Audiencias, medios)
Elaboración
del plan de capacitación (Técnica, competencias)
Impactos
de cambio. Actividades que ser requieren para gestionar un cambio antes
(preparación), durante (Go Live), después (Adopción).
Experiencia
elaborando planes de comunicación/capacitación interna / manejo de medios
y audiencias
