What youll be doing Interacting directly with customers and taking charge of regaining lost business by promoting the value of our client’s IT products and services Using tools like Winback 4.
, Cancelation Data and Sales Lobby to help our sales teams find opportunities to identify win back customers Collaborating with leaders, sales managers and Installed Base Business Managers to develop a robust sales action plan Putting plans into action, like running promotions, bundling products, making sales calls, and finding potential customers, especially in our direct and indirect sales channels.
