For our Process Analytics (PAT) sales unit, especially in the field of continuous water analysis (CWA), we are looking for an experienced business development manager strategically developing our CWA business in process industries in Germany and Switzerland.
You are a professional with deep knowledge in this market and like to broaden our installed base in established industries and develop new markets.
Together with our front-end sales team you can make a difference in this position and drive things forward - provided that you also like to think outside the box.

Your responsibilities Expand existing business by investigating new and existing market potential, thus developing the area to ensure long term growth of order income, and developing profitable sales revenues Development & regular update of sales and marketing strategy for target products and target customers.
Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers Proactively establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product/systems/ services offering and align to provide a solution Liaise with the proposals team to ensure quotations & supporting material relative to the activity are produced in a timely & customer focused manner Forecast sales activity Analyze variances to budget and identify actions to remedy any shortfall.
Expert support for our front-end sales team Your background Successfully completed studies in chemistry, physics, electrical engineering, or process engineering.
Alternatively, a vocational degree as a technician Senior sales & business development experience with a proven track record in process analytics (PAT) e.
