BUSINESS ANALYST
Descripción de la oferta de empleo
· Conduct thorough analysis of current business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
· Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
· Work closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
· Participate in the design and development of software solutions, providing input on functionality, usability, and user experience.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
· Provide support and training to end users to facilitate the successful implementation and adoption of new technologies.
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions, making recommendations for further improvements as needed.
· Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and process improvement.
Requisitos Qualifications.
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret complex data from multiple sources.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
· Proficiency in requirements gathering and documentation techniques, such as use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
· Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, is highly desirable.
· Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
· Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
· Relevant certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
