Job Description Main Objective The Training Specialist at Bosch coordinate and implement competency development programs and formal training on legal compliance issues, based on leadership principles and policies, as well as all current Human Resources policies.

Qualifications Who are we looking for? A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Administration, Communications or related) From 2 to 4 years of experience in the Industry in Training, Organizational Development or related.
Advanced English level is a must.
Technical Knowledge Strong Project Management skills and knowledge of project management standards / practices Good computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, virtual training delivery platforms, and various learning design and development software Effective ability to query, compile, enter, track and maintain data and records management systems.
Effective ability to deliver learning products, services, and solutions in a collaborative and cross functional global environment, with an understanding of the user perspective Effective oral presentation and written communication skills What you will bring to Bosch Experience in customer relationship management and re-engagement strategies is preferred.
Close attention to detail and strong organizational skills to deliver high quality work within project timelines Strong oral and written communication skills in Spanish, English.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Analytical skills and effective use of data to drive improvements.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems.
