We are seeking an experienced Tech/Project Lead with extensive expertise in Business Intelligence (BI), specifically focused on Data Warehousing (DW) technologies, including proficiency in GCP BigQuery and Google Looker reporting.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading BI projects and teams, with a strong background in delivering high-impact BI solutions.
Requirements.
*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.*+8 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, with a proven track record of leading BI projects and teams.*Expertise in GCP BigQuery and Google Looker reporting tools, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing BI solutions.*Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.*ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST*Location.

Responsibilities.
Lead and manage BI projects from conception to completion, including project planning, resource allocation, and execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of BI analysts and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
Architect and design scalable and efficient data warehouse solutions, leveraging GCP BigQuery and Google Looker reporting tools to extract, transform, and visualize data.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment of BI solutions with business objectives.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in BI processes, methodologies, and technologies, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth and development.
Act as a moderator between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and insights to drive informed decision-making.
