As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will deliver daily execution in the AR/AP space, with some support for improvements to a given process and/or project.

Key Responsibilities.
Possess & Demonstrate end to end AR/AP knowledge.
Drive cluster/country Receivable/Payable metrics in conjunction with the cluster AR/AP supervisor/manager.
Assist in Financial decision making on receivables/payables – driving customer behavior.
Work closely with all process streams/stakeholders in exceeding all AR/AP metrics.
Where AR may include.
Incoming payment processing, On Account analysis, Payment application, Dispute follow up etc.
Where AP may include.
Bucket prioritisation, Incoming invoice processing, Field identification and updating of metadata, Master data cross reference, Payment.
Support AR/AP Team members (A2) and train/mentor them We are looking for.
At least 5 years of experience in B2B (business-to-business) collections and/or order-to-cash processes.
Previous experience in sales or customer service in call centers and/or as BPO (business process outsourcing) is preferred.
Advanced English Level (oral and written) required.
Academic background in Finance, Accounting, commercial degrees or related fields.
Proficient in MS Excel.
SAP experience is highly preferred.
