ACCOUNT MANAGER/DIRECTOR - OTT MEDIA SAAS SALES

Amagi is helping content owners and TV networks to launch, distribute and monetize live, linear, and on- demand channels across cable, OTT, connected TV and Free Ad- Supported TV (FAST) platforms worldwide.
Amagi grew by 136% last year and on its way to double itself again this year.
The market leader in FAST (Free Ad- supported Streaming TV), it delivers to 500+ media brands to + end points and is growing exponentially.
We are also proud to report a whopping Net Revenue Retention Rate of ~175%! We are searching for an exceptional individual to take a position as a member of our fast-growing Media and Entertainment Account Management team helping Amagi’s customers fully utilize Amagi's products and services.
This person will be a strategic advisor, who possesses a mix of technical and business skills to navigate complex accounts, nurture them to grow and close deals.
This role's primary responsibility is to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and recognition of Amagi’s value with the main objective to drive renewals and additional revenue within assigned accounts.
What's Expected from you (Job Responsibilities).
Drive the growth of M&E Mexican market and LATAM streaming platforms (e.
LG, Claro Video, Izzi) with our customers Maintain a cadence of structured communicating with customers about their adoption trends, and identifying, developing and closing opportunities for both tactical and strategic projects Proactively solve problems for the customers with a sense of urgency to bring things to a quick resolution Manage pipeline and forecasting, while over-delivering on sales quotas Provide feedback to the internal teams regarding the product and service improvement Become a Streaming TV | OTT | FAST | Content distribution expert and industry advisor Requirements A minimum of 7 years of sales or business development experience, or similar roles within Internet Publishing, Media & Entertainment, Broadcast, Streaming TV, OTT or similar industries in Mexican M&E industry Previous experience in technical and customer-facing roles like Solution/Sales Engineer, Customer Engagement Engineer, Technical Account Manager Technical background with understanding of digital workflows, video streaming management, distribution, analytics, and monetization Experience building and maintaining relationships, while driving engagement and upselling Ability to understand client business strategies, goals, and initiatives to translate these into Amagi’s selling opportunities Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment in which cross-functional teamwork and initiative is a must Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals Native-level fluency of Spanish and fluency of English.
An understanding of Portuguese is a plus Previous business relationships with Televisa and Azteca is ideal
