The Account Analyst will collaborate with internal and external partners to perform detailed analysis on behalf of the account(s) Baxter IT provides services to including general triage of requests, performance, overall health and KPIs As Baxter transforms our IT organization into an innovative and strategic partner to the business, a key initiative is to invest in our IT talent in order to develop new skills and stronger eye for business.

Direct involvement in quarterly and annual prioritization process, including review and data manipulation of complex scenario modeling.
Develop a thorough understanding of strategic priorities to explain performance and strategic issues in a clear, concise manner.
Identification of ways to improve and streamline processes.
Strategic ad-hoc analysis and special projects as required What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 3+ years in a technical environment.
Technical background with knowledge of software and web technologies.
Triage and analysis of service requests from external customersSkills Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative; Excellent analytical, and problem-solving ability.
Including related tools.
