Our team covers a variety of responsibilities that are executed by DevSecOps, Site Reliability and ML Ops Engineers, including.
-Defining standard release automation patterns for infrastructure and application components -Defining standard CI/CD pipeline patterns that include a common set of DevOps and SecOps tools -Developing reports and metrics to validate existing and new pipelines use standard DevSecOps tools -Proactive optimization of redundancies, monitoring and alerting practices and patterns -Developing resilient and highly available cloud patterns -Controlling and executing the promotion of code through all environments -Infrastructure as Code development for buildout cloud infrastructure -Building and Releasing pipeline development -Secrets and configuration management -Monitoring systems and services, providing incident and emergency response to triage and resolve system or client issues -Management of the application ecosystem improving platform infrastructure and applications with high reliability, resiliency, performance and quality -Supporting documentation, knowledge articles, and runbooks -Designing, building and Implementing devops patterns that adhere to PwC’s security guidelines and policies.

As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader executing various aspects of client engagements and/or projects Implement application performance monitoring for applications Build and manage monitoring templates and technical documents Build monitoring collections that show trends in performance across IT; provide process owners and stakeholders with monitoring data for them to identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and customer satisfaction Drive roadmaps, develop, and maintain application performance monitoring and alerting platform (processes, tools, & templates); develop enhanced reporting capabilities through standardization and automation Operate and update monitoring platform to provide availability and performance metrics to stakeholders Manage production changes for monitoring platform that could affect functionality and alerting Coordinate across teams, working closely with peers to ensure the appropriate focus and sense of urgency is applied to all issues Troubleshoot using logs, alerts, and other data sources to determine network, platform, or application issues; ability to correlate data to determine root cause Stay informed and evaluate emerging cloud and monitoring technologies Troubleshoot and document issues and other pertinent information related to monitoring; participates in providing custom monitoring to solve application performance issues Handle Incident queue and perform various tasks as assigned and determines business impact Handle Request queue and takes on new procedures as required Preferred skills +1 year of experience with Datadog Monitoring Platform, APM, RUM and Logging +5 years of professional experience Expertise with monitoring Cloud environments (Azure or AWS or GCP) Proficient English level Educación (si está en blanco, grado y/o campo de estudio no especificado) Degrees/Field of Study required.
