Responsible for managing, developing and coordinating talent in different areas as Commercial, Marketing, Contact Center UVM & IT, Controller, Shared Services:
•	Partners with leadership to align HR strategy to business objectives coordinating HR efforts between departments
•	Coordinate human resources initiatives, processes and procedures (training, compensation, employee feedback, and personnel changes, recruitment, labor relations) 
•	Lead organizational change projects being the contact between HR and business areas and feedback from department heads or individual personnel and uses it to guide future HR initiatives.
•	Provides coaching to leadership on a variety of actions to include employee relations issues, policy interpretation and application; talent management and development; and organizational design consultation.   
•	Responsible for Corporate Events and integration initiatives for employees
•	Responsible for Corporate Communication
•	Analyzing trends and metrics (cost of people, rotation)

Responsible for the administration of benefits of 37 campuses:
•	Compliance, Costing and negotiation of benefits established by collective contract. 
•	Responsible of health and life insurance programs 
•	Administration and compliance of retirement plan and handle inquiries for employees who leave the company or retire. 
•	Development and compliance of the wellness program plan for executives and employees 
•	Administration and preparation of the annual benefits budget 
•	Ensuring that the company's benefits policy complies with laws and acuerdos establecidos.
•	Responsible of corporate events
