KRAFT:  Local process definition and change management (SAP).
➢Changes, improvements, and new change management (SAP) projects. Process optimization in Direct Store Delivery (DSD), logistics (Order To Cash), and warehouse and inventory management.

➢Master Data SAP, process owner for Effem Mexico (Mars Mexico Inc.), and a member of the global definition team.
