Main Achievements:
 
•	Support and Hands-On in the windows 7 to windows 10 transition. This was a global effort and I oversaw this project for the Latin America region, performing the following tasks:
o	Procurement management - Contacting regional and local providers to acquire new servers and laptops to support the change.
o	Worked closely with global Networking teams in the change of Symantec Altiris to SCCM Endpoint as distribution point software.
o	Worked and hands-on with Networking and Security teams defining and implementing regional rules and policies in Active Directory, keeping all aligned to global policies.
•	Configuration and maintenance of all the DHCP, DNS, and IPAM servers for the region after moving the DHCP servers from Cisco switches to Windows-based servers.
•	Worked in configuring and maintenance Office365 and Active Directory interconnected with different domains.
•	Mobile Device Management (MDM).
•	Engaged in ERP Change Project from Great Plains to SAP, increasing 70% overall performance in administrative tasks. 
•	Leading the IT Project for moving to new location facilities, modernizing 400% of the IT infrastructure and service capacity.
•	Support the project to change Helpdesk support software from Altiris to ServiceNow worldwide and mainly in the Americas region. 
•	Got deals with services providers saving over USD 80K in devices and monthly fees.
•	Support for mobile devices, laptops, and desktops for users in the Americas region.

•	After a couple of months, assigned as IT Engineer Manager for the México office, lifted the IT Support in 100% for both areas.
•	Remotely support for mobile devices, laptops, and desktop computers for 8000+ users companywide.
•	Coordinate the technological change from SD Video to HD Video on the IT side.
•	Built Audio and Video processing Server room, boosting 100% productivity and efficiency. 
•	IT Project management and coordination of interdisciplinary teams in special projects:

 
=	México elections for President, years 2000, 2006, and 2012.
=	The last visit of Pope John Paul II to Mexico, the year 2002.
